Commercial Building Rental Policy/Guidelines
for the Nemaha County Fair
- 3. Inside booths are approximately 8’ x 8’. Center section of building has “Pipe & Drape”.
---One Six-foot table and 2 folding chairs will be available for each inside booth.
PLEASE - On Sunday evening at 5:00 pm when you leave, stack the tables beside the north wall and put the chairs on their rack. Thanks --Please Do not leave early.
· Outside booths are about 20+ feet – if you need electrical, please let me know.
- 4. Setup times for the commercial building: Must be set up by 5 pm on Thursday Building will be opened on Wed evening 6 pm – 8 pm for early set-up & Thursday 10am – 5 pm for set up.
If exhibitors have not set-up by 5 pm on Thursday of the fair, and have not made other arrangements with Maxine, the next group wishing to obtain a booth will be called to fill that booth
Exhibitors are expected to display/man their booth during the fair – remember if you are not there you can’t talk to your customers. (you may pack, & carry your items to your car starting at 5:00 pm on Sunday evening.) Note: The wood carvings auction will be in front of the building at 4:00 pm.
- 6. We will be roping off the west entrances of the fair grounds starting on Thursday as we have 4H and open class shows starting that day and continuing until Sunday evening (Time will be determined each year. -Livestock trailers will be using the east entrance to leave on Sunday night. Hopefully this will relieve the bottleneck of loading the woodcarvings and the coml. exhibitors packing and leaving. (Safety is a priority.)
